A next level group of users that can access the most sensitive info, that is not appropriate to other Admins. It also means they can add themselves to projects rather than waiting for others to add them.

The day has finally come! 🥳 We are happy to announce that we will be rolling out our new 'system admin' permissions to all workspaces starting today! If you don't see it in your workspace yet, you will within the next few days. More info on what's new here: https://help.hive.com/en/articles/9082149-system-admin-role

Yes! Introducing a new admin requires so much additional setup work for them to truly be an admin (super admin), by adding them to each individual project. Super admins should be able to access every project already created and any that are created moving forward.

Meredith Whatley: I fully agree with you! I have to chase up users every week to make sure I am added.

Have Master/Super Admin Control Over Org's Workspace
K
Kat Lyon, PMP
I know that you have attempted this a few times. However, I really think that Hive needs to have a "Master/Super Admin(s)" for the entire organization's workspace to help alleviate someone creating a project, changing the "make projects public by default" and removing access to the master/super admin(s) for projects created. A master/super admin should have FULL control over the org's workspace to help manage project access, settings and other issues with ease. Other PM systems (i.e., Adobe Workfront, Asana, etc.) offer this functionality, and you should, too. You need to make this a critical high priority functionality for your PM tool, and it should be pushed into planning and development ASAP.
