Share filtered table view tab without requiring team members to manually apply a preset

Table view tabs should behave like all other tabs.
When a preset is applied, it should be possible to save it directly to the view so that other users see the table with the preset already active, removing the need for them to manually select and apply it.
This feature was requested before and marked as complete, even though it has not yet been fully implemented:
