Right now, anytime a new note is created it is private until shared with the team, even when added to a project that has a team associated with it. This means people make notes and then forget to share so no one can find anything until we ask "did you make that note? can you share?". I would prefer to set our team to automatically make notes viewable to all team members, unless you explicitly go into the notes setting and switch to private.
