There are times when it is useful for custom fields to auto populate in one direction but not the other. We should be able to choose if they propagate upwards towards the parent action or trickle down to the sub-actions.

Bonus if this setting moved to the Custom Fields window and could be enabled individually for different custom fields allowing some to bubble up data, others to trickle down, and some to do both.
