The external users in your list should be available to choose from in every new project without having to re-enter the email on every project.

An "Add external approver" field exists in the approval template we created, so why not have a dropdown associated with it? That way, we could add our frequent clients to the list and select them rather than retype them each time.

It is possible to add external teams to a new project.
You no longer have to enter the external users' email addresses, you can now enter their names. But, I agree, a list would be more convenient.
