Search for partial words with wildcard character

We need a wildcard of sort that will allow us to see parial word searches, such as "CarryOut" or Carry Out" - if I don't know exactly the way the word was spelled, I cannot find it. Some apps allow for wildcards such as an asterisk - "*out" or "&out" to allow both to return in the search.

Maria Steger: It's easiest to keep these separate! It's helpful to have specific requests (search with wildcard) vs one broad request (improve search). That way we know what to focus on since there are a lot of ways we can improve search.
