When an action is completed, require the input of text in a custom field (e.g. "reference") so that the action completed can be found in the paper documents related to it.

Gina Lockwood could you or someone else please provide an update on this feature request? We are having issues with data integrity on our tasks since staff often forget to complete a required field on each one before marking it complete. Right now it is someone's job to review all completed tasks each week for missing data, but that person is headed out on maternity leave soon. Having this feature would save us a lot of time and headache.

Or having the option to REQUIRE custom fields to be filled out when made prior to exiting/creating the action card.
