Remove all future time allocated once an action is marked complete

If a task is completed ahead of the actual deadline, the time by day should be adjusted to ensure no future time is still planned and/or that task should be removed from still showing in the resourcing tab and suggesting someone is still working on that action.
Example below: 5 hours allocated for "Develop document" and allowance of 5 working days (M-F) to complete giving 1h/day resource allocation. If the action is then marked complete on the Wednesday, the 5 hours would automatically move to fall M-W, with Thursday and Friday then being clear of all hours assigned.

For Victoria Mason's request, I'm currently using Hive Automate for it - but it's an extra paid feature and it's a little more advanced to set it up. In case you want to experiment you can try doing:
Trigger: when action is updated -> Get action data -> if status equals completed -> update action card's due date to today.
You can also set up some filters so you won't be wasting tasks in updating cards that don't need to be updated.
Hope it helps!

Would also love to see it switch to hours recorded (versus estimated) so that the weekly available time adjusts. Tacking onto the example above, if the total time recorded is 3 hours, resourcing would automatically adjust to fall M-W AND allocate 3 hours used. Then those 2 hours can be assigned to another assignment.
