Recurring Action/Task - allow user to choose which column it should recur

Right now, recurring actions in Hive is not allowing us to choose which column the new recurrence gets created in - it will always be created in the first column (Unstarted).
Can we please improve this feature, we need to be able to setup which column we want it to recur.
Some columns are being organised per topic, so for obvious reasons, we want some tasks/actions to recur under certain column/topics and not dump them all under Unstarted.
