Prompt before auto-adding parent action label(s) to newly created subaction

When applying a label to a parent action, we're asked whether we'd like to update all subactions' labels as well.
However, when we create a new subaction, the user experience is different: There is no prompt, the subaction will automatically take the parent action's label(s).
Please add a prompt in this scenario as well.
Or even better: Allow us to define that sublabels should never be updated by default (in both cases: when a new subaction is created or when a label is added to the parent action -> https://hiveteams.canny.io/feature-requests/p/a-setting-for-whether-labels-are-applied-to-subactions-each-time-or-not-when-app).

Newly created action cards from workflow button should not automatically have the parent action card's labels

Currently, labels duplicate from the parent action to any new subactions. This makes reporting by label much more complicated.
- Create an action card with a label
- Create a workflow button that just creates subactions
- Click the button in the action card from step 1
- Notice that the newly created action card will automatically have the parent action card's labels.
So, currently, if you create a subaction on an action card, that subaction will have the same labels as the parent even if it shouldn't.

Would be better if you could set a project-wide setting to not add or auto-add labels to subactions, as I have users in my team who unfortunately do not read the prompts before clicking OK..... so for example, Hive prompts a single time if you want to change the subactions' statuses when you change the parent action's status, and many of my users clicked No without reading, and its a mess and I cannot figure out how to fix it because its was a user-level prompt and not a setting somewhere to be changed.
