It would be helpful to be able to link a Hive Meeting Note to a Project Template and only have it live in the template without carrying over to the new project when it is applied.

The main use case is for tracking manual entry and updated about a project template as part of template maintenance and versioning. For example, that this version includes updates made by XYZ to address ABC reason.
