From the Project Overview page, we are currently able to set project specific bill rates for full users, but not external users. As a creative agency we use employees (full users) and contractors (external users) on several projects. As rates for these creatives are negotiated with our clients, we need to be able to charge different bill rates depending on the client/project. Without being able to assign rates to our external users we are not able to get a proper burn report on budget from the overview page. Having this functionality would reduce the need to run reports elsewhere in Hive to see the budget spend.
