I'm sure we all have goals for our projects. Hitting a cost, quality metric, maybe improving efficiency or margin. Timelines are very important, but measuring goals and ensuring the project team gets the message of the mission is very important as well.
I would love to see a project goal page where we could track progress to a goal along side project status. It would be even better if organizational or team goals could be set and linked to project goals.

My work doesn't involve metrics like sales, clicks etc, but I'd really like to set weekly goals for time spent on key projects (to make sure I'm making progress even when there are no fixed deadlines). Will tracked time be one of the metrics we'll be able to set a goal for?

Would love to have a place to store our scorecard in Hive. We have measurables each week that are our goals for the week that will help us reach our quarterly goals. We need to be able to see all of them weekly, to see patterns, and trouble spots. There is no option for this currently.

We were previously using Align for goal management and moved to Hive when we adopted it for project management. I will say Align was awesome for keeping us on track for goals and we've struggled with Hive more. We've made it work but if really forces someone to dig into goal projects and report on progress. This would be amazing for us!

Ideas for goals:
• time-to-done
• revenue goals (we have set up a custom field for project revenue and could determine how much revenue we have generated in a month based on projects completed, but then again we can also do this in our financial software)
• tasks completed per week
• projects completed per month

Overall goal tracking would be a good feature. We are currently tracking our OKRs in a spreadsheet but most of the tasks to achieve those are done in HIVE
