I would like to trigger the onboarding process programmatically as our headcount grows. Currently, we have to manually create, assign, and set due dates for onboarding checklists whenever we hire someone. This manual process is prone to errors, and a missed step can leave a new hire waiting on their first day. It would be beneficial if our HRIS could automatically trigger a fully built onboarding run through Process Street's API, ensuring tasks are assigned and due dates are set without any manual intervention.
