Post ticket completion survey query

Is there a functionality within Hive that once a ticket is marked as ‘Complete,’ a customised satisfaction survey could be triggered and sent to the requester to provide ratings of their experience as well as suggestions on how to make the experience better.
This would concern ticketing-system based Hive projects where users send tickets to my team to complete an ad trafficking service to the agency. I wouldn’t be interested in applying this to personal/team-internal projects at present.
A quick flow would be:
• Person X sends a Hive ticket using the formg
• Ticket is created within Hive project
• Ticket status is changed from Unstarted to In Progress or On Hold
• Team completes ticket and sets status to Complete, sending assets via email to Person X using the Outlook integration
• At this point I would like the form to be sent to Person X’s email inviting them to complete a form based on their experiences.
