Place a budget against an action card

It would be nice to see the introduction of being able to place a budget against a specific action card. Currently we like to separate the budget out and the easiest way to keep track of it at the moment is by creating it in a new project.

Please consider this feature. We have our hive setup so each client has their own project. The action cards are their billable projects. I need to be able to set a budget for the action not just the entire project (client) as a whole.
