Notifications when project is archived

Currently, there are no notifications when the project is archived/closed out. It would be very helpful to toggle on this notification option so the team can be alerted.

This is very important - we want employees to have access to be able to mark an action as "Completed" Thus, they also have access to archive an action card. The assigner needs to know the card has been archived by someone other than themselves.

It's also quite troublesome to me that the action card history is not showing who archived the action and when!
