Love the threaded chats! I often miss the responses in threads though, because they don't provide a sound alert or pop up in my notifications window. They also don't display a notification on the chat window itself.

It's nice that you can reply to a message as a thread within the main chat to keep things clean, but it's not helpful if people don't get notified that there is a reply/new message there.

Yes, pretty please add notifications to replies to a threaded chat! I have missed so many important replies because I don't see them unless I purposely go looking for them. That also means that clients are missing my replies as well. Not good!

YES!!! Totally agree with this. The threaded chats are great but why are there no notifications when someone responds in them. Please add this.
