Really need to be able to organize and nest notes - it's chaotic to have to filter through hundreds of pages of notes for different meetings.

My team is starting to utilize Hive Notes for a wide range of tasks - running agendas, partner meetings, running notes for projects etc. We are attaching them to action cards and projects when appropriate. However, we still have a need from time to time to click into the Notes section in Hive and look things up that way. Right now, the way things are formatted All Notes appears first and the user is immediately overwhelmed. There's no way to sort or organize all the notes and find the appropriate one. Having the ability to create folders for notes would be extremely helpful.

Maria Steger: Thanks! I agree, the requests are very similar and related to other requests for better organization w/in Hive Notes (which I've up-voted). There is one nuanced difference I want to highlight. For my team at least, not all of our notes are connected to projects. Creating subfolders w/in the Projects tab in Notes would be helpful. But it would be great to be able to group and organize Notes regardless of whether they have a project or not.

It would also be helpful to be able to access notes associated with a project on that project page the (i.e. "view project notes" on project options bar)

Notes Navigator: folders + filters

All notes are given in a long messy list. We can only filter for project-specific notes.

Maybe consider adding a Notes Navigator (like the Project Navigator), where notes can be organised in folders and subfolders.
