We work with clients who require timesheet reports including a description of what we were doing - more involved than just the task. A place where you could add notes to each time entry would be amazing.

We have the same issue and would love to see this feature added! Would also be great if the APIs supported being able to pull this data.

Once Time Sheets and Time Tracking (in action cards) is synchronised (https://hiveteams.canny.io/feature-requests/p/log-timesheet-entries-to-action-card), Time Sheets could pull the data from the "description" field in the "add time" dialogue in action cards. And vice versa.
