Need track changes in Notes

Need a way to view who has contributed or edited notes if multiple teammates weigh in. Either with track changes, or text in another color, or user initials, etc. Currently you can see in real time if someone else is in your note, however after the fact, it doesn't appear that there is any record of changes they make.

Would love to see track changes or at least something indicating who made changes to notes in a collaborative environment. I added a screenshot for how OneNote displays who made changes. Currently you can see if someone is actively editing, but lose that ability once changes are made.
