Selecting "assigned by me" in the dropdown menu, will give me a list of actions assigned by me excluding those assigned by me to myself. Since I can see the latter when I select "To-Do" (which should really be named "assigned to me"), it makes total sense.

The option "Followed by me" should work in the exact same way and list only actions followed by me but not assigned to me.
