Move History tab from blocking scroll bar in gantt view

When viewing a project in gantt layout, the history tab along the bottom right is in front of the scroll bar.

Currently, the History icon blocks the ability to use the scroll function. I would like to be able to have this hidden or moved to the top near the Buzz, New, Invite buttons.

Please make this change! It makes no sense for the History button to be covering the scroll bar. This really does make navigation difficult.

This is also true in other views, such as Resourcing App. Please move it as it makes navigation very difficult.
