Manage Users - Ability to downgrade users to external users (rather than just remove them)

Staff members sometimes change groups or no longer need access to the full features available to an internal user. The ability to downgrade (rather than remove) the user to external would keep their assignments intact and eliminate the need to re-add them. This option is already available in reverse--to upgrade an external user to internal.

While the need to downgrade to an external user in our workspace doesn't occur frequently, when it does, it is a major problem. We're forced to either continue paying for full access or remove them from the system, which causes them to lose their chat and notification histories, action assignments, and more. Please address this soon!

Yes Please this is sorely needed. We have users that go from being full time to contract and to remove the user, just to re add them with different permissions is a great hassle.
