We can rename first and last statuses in individual projects.
However, in certain scenarios, Hive will (for good reason) treat all first and last statuses the same, even if they have been renamed in individual projects.
This leads to certain inconsistencies and problems:
1) In Summary Views, the first status is always "Unstarted":
2) In exports and downloads, the first status is "Unstarted".
3) The filters in label view are not working properly.
4) The filters in gantt view are not working properly.
Summing up, there is the dilemma of keeping the functions of first and last status, while being terminologically consistent:

Include first and last status in custom status library. Allow us to choose "global" first and last status names, which occur in all settings where actions with renamed first and last statuses occur.
And let us select which "subnames" we'd like to use in which individual projects.
