Include partial matches in search results for projects

When searching in the project navigator, it would be helpful for the search bar to returns partial matches, in addition to exact matches.
Examples:
"gala 22" should return:
Charter Gala 2022 - Program
Charter Gala 05.12.22
Simons 10th Anniversary Gala 05.27.22
and
"ER 22" should return:
ER - Archived Events 21/22
ER - Archived Events 22/23
ER - 2022 Events
It currently includes neither of those results because there are characters between ER and 22.

Imagine a document called "Rainbow Inc Report".
If I search for "Rain" it appears nothing.
If I search for "rainbow" it does.
