MS Project, Smartsheets, Google timelines, all of these enable a user to input .25 or .5 days. Not everything takes a full day and it's important to see how long something actually takes to properly create a timeline

This is a huge deal for our projects. Trying to figure out how to make this work without changing tasks into milestones. That is a strange experience but the only way we can make it work.

The ability to schedule tasks or AC by hours AND days. we have some tasks that can be completed in hours instead of an entire day. It would be nice to have this feature added on to scheduling

Currently the minimal time a task can take is 1 full day. There are tasks that don't take full days, they take partial days or we were used to listing them as 0 days because they like only a few minutes. We'd like to be able to do this in Hive as well

We have the ability to make an action a milestone, which should have 0 days, so we would like this capability for this reason too.

Yes! I would love this! We have activities that are anywhere from 1-10 hours. In addition to this, I would like to add a similar/related request to this, that I can schedule maybe 4 hrs on one day and 6 hrs on another day (for a 10 hr action)

Angela Liu: YES! This is something that would fall in line with that nicely. Ideally, the program should recognize that a project may take 12 hours but that doesn't mean you have to do 12 hours straight on one day... a few hours one day a few hours the next

yes! we have several tasks and jobs that can be completed in half a day or less and this would be nice to include
