I'd like to use forms to survey people about upcoming availability for events. If I'm trying to schedule a meeting, and I need to survey everyone's availability over the next two weeks, I'd like the form to auto-populate the date options based on the date I send out the form. So, instead of asking availability for "next Monday" (which could be confusing, depending on when user opens the form), I could enter a date formula for each of the form fields (today + 1 day; today + 2 days, etc), and the form would auto-calculate the dates based on when I launch the form. In this scenario, it would make the most sense for responses to be attached to action cards (not to projects). It would also be helpful to view the responses in a calendar view so that I could see the open windows. Alternatively, maybe Hive finds a solution to this problem separate from forms. Maybe Hive implements a calendar based feature similar to doodle or When2Meet: the creator selects a list of possible times, then other people fill out their availability. The big thing is that, whatever the solution, I am able to survey people both inside and outside of Hive. If I am limited to Hive users, the feature is useless. (My office already has Gsuite, so I can see office-member availability on those calendars. The tricky thing is getting availability info for people outside of my office)
