I'd like to have the ability to build dashboards for each member of my team (can do this now and use an assignee as the filter), and then be able to create and set goals for that specific team member (like actions completed, for example). Currently, I haven't found a way to set goals specific to anyone other than myself, and even then, the filtering doesn't seem to work correctly.
