Improve the @mention notifications from proofing annotations

Currently the notification process when you are @mentioned in proofing annotations only appear in your @mentions inbox, and not via email - even though this is set up as a notification preference in my account. It makes it difficult to use this feature to any great benefit if people dont see these notifications. Also - the notifications need to be specific and link to the specific comments. This would be great to have happen if someone replies to your annotation comment inside the proofing tool without necessarily tagging you.

Agree with Michelle! A preview of what the annotation actually is/says in your notifications would be good too - it's mystery what it is until you locate the comment in the proof - which is time consuming, and for example I dont need to know if someone has 'completed' an annotation - currently all annotation notifications are delivered as vague notifications and this is not very useful. They need to be more specific.

I think the annotation comment notifications should also be different - the user who set up the proof and approval should have a more detailed or noticeable notifications vs just an action card follower. It's very easy to miss important annotations with the current notification system.
