Currently, when the proof is shared w/ an external stakeholder, they open the share link, enter their email address, and hit the "Looks like you don’t have access to this proof. Please check your email inbox for access to the proof." message.

Oftentimes, this is confusing for users because the first sentence they see is "Looks like you don’t have access to this proof," when it's not actually true. Often, users are no longer focused on the second sentence, so they do not check their email inbox for the email. We can teach users to be attentive here, but perhaps removing the first sentence can make the flow easier and clearer.
