Improve Search Function: when looking for an action and using 'Filter by project', the Project module above should also take the filter into account

Currently, 'Filter by project' is a filter for Actions/Comments columns only AND it takes into account the wording from the search bar while the Project modal above just refers to the wording in the search bar.
That's confusing since by selecting 'Filter by project' one would expect the results to be filtered by the selected project. See image!
