People expect recurring actions to follow the same holiday rules as normal scheduling: if an action is assigned to someone who is not on a given holiday calendar, that day should not be treated as that person’s holiday.

Today, when Hive generates recurring instances, it snaps dates using the full workspace holiday map and does not pass assignees into the working-day check. So any workspace holiday can shift or affect instance dates, even when the assignee is not on that calendar. That feels wrong next to the timeline and other flows that use per-assignee holiday membership.
