Currently, QA checklists are uploaded to Hive tickets and must be downloaded for review. To streamline the workflow, I propose adding an in-ticket preview option for any attachment so that QA can view checklists directly within Hive. This would remove the download step and allow QA to verify simple IDs with a single click, especially helpful when ticket volumes are high.
