Hive macOS app as a deployable PKG file instead of DMG for app installs and updates

As an IT leader, we would love to push out the Hive macOS app quickly and effectively to all our managed Macs in our MDM, but Hive only serves a DMG file on their website. A PKG file would be preferable so we don't need to build one from scratch before deploying to our Mac fleet via Jamf. This would additionally cut down on issues our end users have with the updater agent if they are only standard users because we can send the updates ourselves from the MDM without user intervention.

This is such an important request for Mac teams. Please also give us a way to disable app update checks, so users aren't prompted unnecessarily when an IT team is managing Hive updates. For some context and examples of how similar apps handle this, check out the github repository at alectrona-patch-resources/Disable-Built-In-Updaters

Would also still love this so people can not have the Helper popup from the Electron app all the time
