Give External Users access to summary views

Since the External Users are only allowed to view their projects in Hive, we also want them to be able to see in one summary view, the status/due dates of all of their projects. This would save the time of our accounts team having to download the Portfolio report and then sending it on to the External Users.

External users can now be added to summary views, however they cannot view the content of the summary view if they are not already members of the corresponding projects. Will continue to use summary view links for logged out users in the meantime.

Currently, actions assigned to external users do not appear in summary views. The only exception is if the same action has multiple assignees, and at least one of them is a full user. Including external users in a summary view in the same way that full users are included would make summary views tremendously more useful.
