The ability to add headings and numbered/bulleted lists would be really helpful for organizing notes/comments.

Would also be great to be able to map headers from forms onto action cards - right now these are only visible on the form and not on the action card description that the dorm creates

Yes, this is much needed as stakeholder find it hard to consume/read information within the form, specially if there is a header with details/descriptions before filling out a form.
