When a form uses Dynamic table records with Field mappings, choosing a row on the published form fills the mapped text / number / date questions. Form Creator Preview does not. The dropdown works there, but mapped fields stay empty.

Preview should match the published form after the form is saved, so builders can confirm mappings without opening the live form.
