The ability to determine briefing forms' default Due Times would be a huge game changer for us.

Agreed! Please either make it so there is no default time and a time only shows if one is specifically selected, OR allow us to set the default time on each of our forms. (12 PM is a very rare due time for us. Our default would be close of business, or 5 PM EST.)
