Filter out placeholders in Resource view

We have 50 placeholders and it would be helpful to be able to filter out place holders that are not relevant.

This would be really useful for us as well. We have 16 place holders, but even then when adding actions to placeholders nearer the top of the list makes it hard to track the columns all the way down to the people.
