Favorite users at the top when assigning actions

Often find yourself assigning actions to the same group of people? Wish they could be pinned as favorites at the top of the list so you could quickly assign them? Vote for this.
As for the UI pattern, I think having a small gray star that highlights gold when you mouse over it next to each name in the list would work great. Click on the star and they get pinned to the top.

Would love to see this. I manually assign hundreds of tasks each month to the same 5 people. Currently, I have to use the search bar and type in the person's name, which gets incredibly tedious with this volume of tasks. This would be a huge time saver.
