Draft mode: don't show project actions in My Actions view

When a project is in draft mode, do not display actions under that project in the assignee's My Actions list. Draft mode is used for planning and setting up the project, so I don't want my team members to see those actions yet

Agreed! We put all of our new projects in draft mode once created for a certain time period to complete initial setups, assignments, and other action cleanups (we use project templates heavily). We don't want assigned actions from these projects appearing in My Actions until we've formally launched the project and notified project members. Having these assignments appearing in My Actions prematurely only muddies the list of to-do's for our team. I see value in a toggle on/off option from an admin side.

This should be an on/off option. As a project manager, I often work with several projects in draft mode and I don't want them to disappear for me, but it would be helpful for others to not see them until I take the project out of draft mode.

We also don't want to see the actions in Summary Views yet either (or, more ideally, we'd be able to tell visually that those actions are in draft mode—same if a project's status is "on hold")

Agree! And also don't want just anybody on the project to be able to accidentally click it off. Sometimes we need to put a project back into draft mode because it's on hold for an extended time or something. (still want a way to address projects on hold in a different way though, this is just a workaround for us).
