Default Settings for New Projects

It would be great to be able to set standard/default settings for projects in the workspace.
For instance, there are custom fields/placeholders/timesheet settings I want on every project, without having to remember to turn them on every project - especially when multiple people can create projects.

Sara Hamill: Ditto from us. We are having major search issues as a result. Even admins are having a hard time finding some client projects!

This would also be good to have default permission settings or even all up for "all projects" available so as not to have to rely on manual toggling of permissions having a security/access risk AND have to audit every project created very manually to ensure this is set correctly.
