Customize widget background colors (also helps Darkmode)

Being able to customize the background of the widgets will be a nice way to add more fun into Pages. Additionally, when adding an embedded URL, if one is in Dark Mode and the font is black, you are unable to see the embedded items. If you can customize the background colors it will cover both feature requests!

A quick update on dashboard colors!
I'd like to share that we have now introduced Dashboard themes which allow different colors applied to your dashboards. We'll be continuing the efforts on colors in dashboards and I understand this story is specific to widget colors.
