Currently Dashboards don't update data in custom fields in real time in the Dashboard List Widget. Data input into custom fields is rejected. That means dynamic data is not reflected and the view is not current or trustworthy.

This issue doesn't seem to be limited to Custom Fields either...the Description Field is locked in this widget as well and will not allow users to interact with it in the List Widget either.

Having the ability to interact reliably with the fields in the Dashboard List Widget would be very helpful. As it is, it really limits the usefulness of the widget. The data should update in real time or users should have ability to force refresh. This will allow for users to be able to trust the data they are seeing in this view and make it more useful.
