Ability to have custom fields that only live on one action. Field should be easy to update across workspace and searchable / reportable.

This is now live! Admins can choose which action types a custom field appears on, so fields only show on the items they're relevant to (for example Actions vs. Risks). To set it up, go to Workspace Settings → custom fields, edit a field, and select the action types where it should appear.

Please consider this requests. We use a ton of custom fields and our action cards are becoming very full.

I agree. I wish Hive had a feature to enable a way to toggle specific custom fields by action card so you could have different ones showing at different times. Across a single project.
