One of the features that would make Hive so much better is if it had sort of a CRM feature, where all client data can be stored. It would be great to have client contact data, email traffic, calendar events (activities), notes and updates in one place, and it would all link directly to their projects... if projects could be assigned to clients (instead of just named that way) it would put it all in one place. If it then integrated with marketing tools or sales platforms, it would tie everything together.

Make Hive our "Actions Hub"

As a company owner, we need to keep all of our actions in one place BUT allow teams to work in their native tools.
For example, our sales team uses Pipedrive for CRM. Pipedrive has activities and this is where they spend their day. It would be amazing if assigned Actions in Hive could sync to the sales CRM so everything could be managed together.
I know this is possible to hack together with Hive Automate or Zapier, but keeping it native would allow Hive to truly be the center of our operations world.
