Create a separate view specifically for Team Actions (like My Actions, only for Team Actions, with filters, team actions nested underneath their projects, etc.)

The Team Actions View in My Actions is still very limited:
- team actions are not listed under their projects
- filters don't work (blocked team actions are not hidden when the filter is set to only display unblocked actions)
etc.
- Please create a separate view dedicated to team actions.
- Add collapsible project sections with the team actions nested underneath their projects.
- Allow us to filter and customise the view.
Basically create a view like My Actions specifically for Team Actions.
