Hi Adam! Our "News" section could be really useful for this, as well as the Project Homepage.

At Hive, we use the News section to announce things internally, and I find it super helpful. People on your team will also get notifications if you add a post to the News page. https://help.hive.com/en/articles/1523505-hive-news
