Comments in Notes: attach comment to a selected word / passage / paragraph

It would be nice if comments could be placed somewhere in the note so that they specifically refer to a selected item in the note - just as comments work in Acrobat, Word, etc.

Kelley Bunge: Amazing! It is very hard to see which highlighted passage a comments refers to when you hover over the comment (the change in the orange highlighter colour is hard to see at least on my screen).
Similarly, the blue frame, which appears to highlight the associated comment when you hover over the passage, is difficult to see. I wish the background colour of the comment itself would change.
I will add a new request asking for marking a comment as "resolved" rather than deleting it. :-)
